  My experience was horrendous. I am appalled with Checkers customer service and I will never spend a dime here again. The fast food clerk was beyond rude and apparently I went to the wrong window....seriously if that window was for passengers then there should be a sign or something I went to that side because the other side appeared to be closed. I was forced to get out of my car walk around to the drive thru window just to get my food. And I just can't get over how rude the girl was. Apparently checkers isn't big on customer service. I'd rather take my chances with McDonalds. And when I spoke to the manager Paul about it he was very dismissive and blamed me for going to the wrong window. Seriously? Way to vaule your customers. Checkers is the worst fast food place out there. It's no wonder that there are not many left. They need to invest in hiring better people and stressing the importance of customer service.

  Watch out for Chris, says a manager but will take time to play on grindr first. Always checking his phone before customers. Will cruise guys then customers. No wonder the store makes no money.
